• Custom or commissioned paintings may take longer; estimated delivery time will be communicated upon order confirmation.

• Shipping is included in cost (for shippings within US). Estimated delivery time 5-7 business days

• For international shippings. Estimated delivery time 5-30 business days depends on a carrier and destination.

Note: Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to weather, holidays, or carrier issues.

PACKING

• Paintings are securely packaged using protective materials (bubble wrap, and sturdy boxes or crates).

TRACKING & INSURANCE

• A tracking number will be provided once your order ships.

• All paintings are insured during transit for their full value.

RETURNS & DAMAGES

• If your painting arrives damaged, please contact me at dombik.sofiia@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging.

• I’ll work with you to resolve the issue.

• All sales are final unless the return is due to damage or a mistake on my part.
